DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

Hum, I can't... I can't explain how did I do every thing of this scene...
But, I'll try with a simple resume.

I've created this scene in several step...
Hum... I started to create the main environment with the dock and mountains that we can see in the far of the scene.
(Modeling and assigning materials). For the choppy sea surface, I used mainly a bump and a raytrace material... (Others things have been add). After that, I placed the environment fog, clouds and 2nd clouds.
Then after all of this have been done, I created the boat and the waves from it.
We have now the main environment.
Then, in a second part, I created three stores and their own stuff (but I've kept 2 only), 9 fishes, barrels, street lamp ... separately.
I merged each object in the "Main Environment" scene after having placed all of this object in their own XYZ position.
After that, I made 7 plants (7 "Screenshots" in my zip file and more).

At last, File > Render  :)

I created all objects of this scene which contains about 1.200.000 of polygons (1.203.246 polygons); 8 lights used.
