Your picture carries a sense of peace and tranquility. Overall the scene is good
except the lantern in the back which seems illogically placed. Your fisherman

I like the lantern hanging off the back of the boat, and 
the scene as a whole has a nice mood to it.  The water 
could use some transparency (seems like you should be 
able to see at least some of the oar below the water).  
The figure looks good, but could use a little tweaking.  
Why is there a rock in the sky in the upper right 
foreground?

This is a great image really interesting.  The sky is a bit over populated, and
the man's skin could do with a much better texture.  Why all the block capitals
in the text file? Don't do that it's very annoying.

I'm a little confused about the rock shapes on the right side.  Look into
something called 'aerial perspective' to help with the definiton in this type
of image.
