From darwallace@earthlink.net:
The scuba gear is lacking somewhat... or was that your intention all along?

=====
From pbourke@swin.edu.au:
Interesting, but....
I guess I just didn't like it even though it seems quite good technically.

Try to remove figure's genitalia, the next time ;-)

From panthus@xtra.co.nz:
Good models and interesting reflections on the top surface of the water. Maybe
some bubbles from the subs would have counter-pointed the lack of life in the
guy? or (I know it's cliche) searching spotlights?

Strange, but very well done

Couldn't quite figure this one out... nice lighting and interesting angle.

From bbowen@cswnet.com:
The texture on the 'man' makes him look mechanical, robotic. First time I've
ever seen a robot with such a prominent set of er. . equipment.

From Alain.Culos@bigfoot.com:
Ok, but I'm not sure this is not just taking advantage of the subject
for an unrelated matter.
Some more comments may have helped me understand better.

From StephenF@whoever.com:
Nice use of camera angle to make the figure more
imposing. The machines look good. Doesn't really look
like the objects are underwater, though.

From sjlen@ndirect.co.uk:
A nice image, but I think you need to decide which way your going to go with it
and then make some big changes. Either go for a realism/adverture-film type
look
and improve all the textures, add items of interest like fish, make the surface
of the water more visible and interesting etd. Or go for the cartoon/comic
look
and try to flatten it a bit, and put some outragious cliche in there like a
shark
bearing it's teeth or a bomb exploding with a boom bubbel etc.

From delfeld@mailcity.com:
The texture on the man is a little ambiguous, as well as what the emergancy
actually _is_. Good luck with the comics.
