if you added some texture to the fish it would look tons better.

The combination of the reflection and translucency effects on the water is
confusing, I've had some trouble figuring out where to bottom actually is. 
Somehow it feels like the sky didn't fit the lighting. Maybe it's just me.

I like the water in this picture, although I think the shift 
in brightness could benefit from being less sharp.  The 
rocks under the water look good, although the ones in 
the background could use a little work to smooth out 
their geometric shaping.  The sky is nice, and the fish 
add a nice touch.

Artistic - Very polygonic......
Technical - The images/shapes used would benefit greatly by being created from
            less geometric looking objects.
Concept - Hard to picture this as a wilderness.
