The girl looks very nice. The rest of the image also looks pretty realistic.
However the lighting too dark. I think if you had some bright beams of light
filtering through the clouds and perhaps a little more ambient light that would
help immensely.

Overall, this has a very nice look to it.  The mountains 
look good, and the mist is a nice effect.  The grass 
looks good where it overlaps, but looks a little rigid 
when the individual blades stand out.  The sky has a 
good feel to it, but would it be that blue when the clouds 
are that dark? The head adds a nice touch.

Silky smooth.  The lighting, although unrealistic, adds a nice sense of 
style to the scene.
The woman is much too close to the camera... either eliminate her, or put 
here *in* the scene.
