Reasonable objects, needs texture work.

From loomsbury@yahoo.com:
I kind of like the feel of this image, however... too many image maps I think.
The plate looks wrong segmented. Your basic textures could use alot of work.
Other than that, nice work.

A VERY NICE IMAGE. A LOT OF WORK WENT INTO IT. GOOD JOB, ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR
SECOND ENTRY. Oh, there's my caps lock...

From scarmig@ohmss.com:
Another great idea and it's obvious a lot of work went into this. Wonderful use
of contrast and color. The scene is busy, but you still maintained a focal
point of interest. On the other hand, there are some proportion problems I
think. The ketsup and mustard containers as well as the soda can look too
short. The soda can also looks more reflective than I expected. The
toothpicks are thicker than the matches and the plate isn't perfectly round but
angled. All of your other objects look great! Particularly the salt and
pepper shakers and the ashtray.

Wow! This is a really cool image. The attention to detail is incredible. The
objects look very real. The only negative point is the booth seat is too glossy
try messing around with roughness or maybee a surface normal I think that would
fix the booth right up.

Looks good for a second entry. Sorry that your CAPS LOCK is broken... ;-)

From douge@ppe.com:
The can is too reflective, and the wood texture on the table is scaled too
large.

Nice detail..... Nice concept..... the wood on the table needed some work.

From mwsny001@mweb.co.za:
The coke can is maybe a bit too reflective...

I loved this. Lovely detailing.

From tglover@nettally.com:
Careful scanning US currency! US Secret Service is
touchy about it. Coke can is WAY too shiny. Rest of
composition works pretty good except for weird table top
pattern and odd shadow of coffe cup handle on right
booth back. Where's such a strong light comming from?

From StephenF@whoever.com:
There's some nice work here... I especially like the
ketchup and mustard holders, and the items on the shelf
in the background. The wood texture on the table could
use some work, though... I think I would have gone with
formica... it would be easier to get a realistic texture, as
well as fitting in with the art deco feel of the rest of the
scene.

This is a wonderful image... bringing to mind Rockwellian images of 50s
America. Great modelling and details. Only complaints: the shadows are
very black and sharp - some radiosity or extended light sources would help
take the starkness away - and no Coke can ever made was that shiny.
