Technical -  No information on how the image has been created
Artistic - some objects look as though they have been 'cut and pasted' onto a
polygon
Theme - a temple/shrine doesn't bring to mind the image of a garden

It's hard to make much sense of this image... it's like a pastiche of
unrelated components. The black background is harsh and the fact that the
text file doesn't give any details of what renderer or techniques were used
makes it difficult to judge this.
