It took me a while to understand what looks wrong ... the textures I think are
to blame. Not that I know how to change that, but they give the image a flat
look. Or maybe it's just the perfect regularity of the surfaces, some bumps
here
and there might help ?
A classical concept.
I like the 'stairs' or stairs-like construction around the middle pilar of the
fountain.

Technical - a lot of work to hand code into POV
Artistic - nicely layed out but I though the picture would have looked better if
'taken'
       on a sunnier day.  The fountain is VERY nice.
Theme -  a garden of sorts ....
