The only thing that seems off to me is the reflection of light 
in the water compared to the light coming in from outside. 
The light from outside seems to be going left to right in the 
image, while the reflected light in the water is going from 
background to foreground.

That's reasonably artistic and a good concept.
I really like the butterflies (both) and the big white and blue flowers.
I'm not sure why but I don't like the looks of the walls of the cave.

Very nice flowers and finely detailed butterflies. It's a shame you didn't
have time to cover more of the cave, because I think the rock texture lets
this down a little. Also the grass is a too uniform in colour.
