A little repetitious and confusing, but overall a very whimsical and magical
piece. Very reminiscent of some of Gilles Tran's work.

Good job. One of my top ten.

Great work! Reminds me of Dr. Seuss. Textures are applicable to the amosphere
of the scene.

First, let me say how impressed I am with your imaginative
vision and the effort you've put into this image. Now, some
critical comments:
1) The atmosphere is washing things out a bit too much.
There's not enough contrast in the image. I really feel it is
lessening the impact of the scene.

2) The reflectivity of the floating building is making things
a bit odd around the window embrassures. For a while, I
thought maybe the building was partially transparent.

3) It seems odd that of all the buildings in the scene, this
is the only one with the wheelbarrows and trees. I know
you wanted the central building to stand out and be the
center of attention, but I would have thought that the
neighbors in the other buildings might have emulated
those in the foreground.

I love the image regardless. :{)

I actually don't understand all the technical stuff you speak about but that's
an original and well-made picture! (The french touch maybe ;-)

Pretty. Higher score for every tree being different!

Very reminicient (sp?) of the hanging gardens.

From tom@tomandlu.force9.co.uk:
Some nice things, but the wheelbarrows look a bit imposed on the scene.
Seems a little washed out - loses too much detail on the background palaces.

That name I remember, but I can't remember what art was related to it, it does
not really matter much so long as the name stays for a long time to come ...
Another example of the great art produced for this IRTC round. Another
fantastic
production.
I love this kind of imagination feat, surealism and more and particularly well
crafted.
One of the top three pictures ... which though is the question.

I especially like the way the wheel is set at a different angle for each
instance, it really does add to the realism almost as much as colour
differences
or really different trees.
A very good use of colours, sense of depth, sense of a complete design.
I'd say this is the most artistic of all submissions this round and a fantastic
concept, really, but since I don't really want to choose between that one or
Jaimes' one, I'll go for equal overall mark.

OK, now I know the end result for the votes (mine of course) : three of you get
an equal total of point well above the others (for me anyway) and you are one
of
them.

J'aime vraiment beaucoup.

Technical - very good
Artistic - well done
Theme - unique and good interpretation of the theme

Interesting image - the colours are pretty. It just seems very surreal and not
quite like a garden, especially with no real explanation in the text file.
