Great texturing on the rocky hills.  The layout looks ok.  My only complaint
would be the bridge.  Where is it leading to?  It seems to jut to left into
nothingness.  Also, despite your explanation, I see little in terms of "fowers,
trees and statues."  In other words, it's an interesting concept, but it
doesn't translate well in the image. 

Aside from that good job.

I like the scene. However, your choice of camera angle 
puts the focus on the bridge and the sky beyond, rather 
than on the garden. While this makes for a wonderful 
scene, it makes it difficult to score you well on concept 
points as we can barely see your garden.

Oh, the birds are a nice touch, but they are pretty much 
lost in the distance.

Cool athmosphere in this pic! I guess it's due to the contrast beetween the blue
sky and the green "lake". the texture on the mountains is a bit too rough
especially on the "arch".

The concept of garden is great, the image is, for me, on the cool side.  Not
enough warm hues to help balance it out.  The birds are also to far away.  I
would not have noticed them if not for you pointing them out to me.  I enjoy
artist from Portugal.  They have a philosophical, thought provoking, approach
to their work.  Although, I am not to crazy about the drivers there. 
Nevertheless and more to the point, great job but please dump the focal blurr
in the foreground, this happens naturally when we view something anyway.

Technical - Good planet and moon work, as sun is in front of us we can only see

their shadowed side.
Artistically - Not Bad, birds are a nice touch. water arch cave, needs to
come down at the edges and look less shell like (need inner and outer surfaces)
Theme - hard to imagine that we are in a garden
