It appears to hard edged for me.  The variation of a theme, your take-off from
"War of Worlds" is great idea, but there is not enough visual information in
your artwork to reflect that.

This is a very clean image, one that give the impression that this is a real
creature.  But I wanted to see more details, I felt I was almost too close to
