The upper side teeth could use small protrusion lip around its base to give it a
better flow with the skin. The skin texture is ok but should be a little less
shiny.  Other than that...godd model.

While a nice showpiece of the work on the head, this is 
far from a complete scene. If you had incorperated this 
head into a complete scene, even at this tight a camera 
angle, you would have garnered considerably more 
points.
