What a concept -- lighthouse IN the water.  Neat.

Good modelling.  Good textures - especially the sea.  Lighting is somewhat
flat -- maybe a fill light from side added to bring shadows to show off
details?  And maybe play with the camera angle -- mabe more from below or
even above -- bird's eye view?

Good highlights on the water.  Interesting lighthouse, but it 
seems too smooth and clean.  Along with the colors, it 
gives the impression of a Lego construction.  An off center 
view of some sort would probably add interest.
