Good idea to include the ship to show the scale of the scene.  I like the ship's
wake.
The bridge platform seems to be a thin ribbon, with no substance.

Interesting structure and viewpoint.  I like the broken 
symmetry.  Cars on the bridge would help.  Is the riverbank 
really so completely regularized?  Even if it is, a bit of 
irregularity and perhaps some hints of whitecaps in the 
water and discrete greenery on land would add life to the 
image.
