Not bad - but layout seems somehow stiff and rigid -- all lines are up and
down or right and left.

Nice trick with the trees and bushes -- works real well in middle and
distance.

More shadows would probably help pic.  Try angle lighting to add some
shadows.

The scene is over-illuminated.  Try getting rid of some of 
the lights and reducing the ambient light to create some 
shadows.

Interesting image.  Foliage is pretty, if a bit unrealistic.  
Placement of lighthouses in image is too symmetric.  
Foreground badly needs more modelled detail and more 
detailed textures.
