This image is all Bryce. A sphere primitive (cut off underneath with a boolean operation by a square primitive), a symmetrical lattice, a terrain object (parts of which are poking out from the top of the symmetrical lattice), three stones, and a water infinite plane.  The sky, water and materials are all slightly tweaked Bryce presets.
