more like sparkler fireworks than anything else.

Interesting image, though it looks a bit fuzzy, which detracts from it. The
lava bursts look a bit pointillated... some sort of continuous transmission
medium would probably work better I think. Colour is a bit stark... needs some
relief for the eye from all that red and purple.

IF that is supposed to be flames shooting out of volcanoes they lack a certain
realism.
