Hmm... is that a 2D or 3D competition ? Looks like it's 
been made with Paintbrush and hard JPG compression 
does make things any better... Got to practice before 
next round...

I notice that person, Little Magician and Little Dreamer, 
are the same.  In both images I had to enhance the dark 
background to see what appears to be the silhouette of 
a young person. Both images will be better if the main 
subject is made more visible.

This looks, to me, like a crudely mapped 2d image.  
There is no real 3d feel at all.  The terrible "i was 
selected with a feathered edge that was crudely filtered 
off" jaggies add to that impression.  Lacking amplifying 
comments or source, I have to vote accordingly.  As a 
picture, it has a sort of Peter Max-ish look, but it says 
nothing.  The visual flaws break the apparent intended 
meditative mood.
