Interesting effect with the crystal mountains.

From bobfranke@halcyon.com:
I tried increasing the contrast (gamma) and got a more
dramatic image with more visible detail in the sky.

I like the mountain, however I think the light should have been refracted
more as it passes through, the lens flare looks a bit sharp, but otherwise I
like it.

Nice concept and very nice result. Beatiful.

We like it. Very nice.

Looks good. What are the triangles in the air? snow?

From clem@dhol.com:
Nice image. A lot can be done with the crystal mountain
idea. The flakes want to be transparent or translucent
and/or iridescent. The mountains need some
iridescence too. I don't really care for the cyan fog. It
adds no interest because it is too uniform. Like erasing
part of the picture. Some sort of water or a noticeably
turbulent irregular fog (of some other color) would have
been better. Some sort of clouds would also be nice.
Good job overall.

Attractive image with good looking crystals. Let down a bit by the simplicity
of the modelling and expanse of mostly bare sky.

A nice effect even if it has to be faked in the colors.

This has got to be a paradigm of an "imaginary world". Beautifully realized, I
revel in its simplicity and convincingness.
Notable for composition
