A few suggestions:
* The ants could use some hair
* It is hard to tell if they are miniature aliens or giant 
ants.... there
  needs to be some scale reference.

But overall I really like it!  The ship is well done, the 
scene has a lot
of life to it, and the modeling is quite good!  I shudder at 
what happens
next....

Moderately clever idea.  The modelling on the ants is 
pretty good, except that the eyes seem too small and 
they ought to be textured (crackle and crackle normal 
perhaps?) in a way to suggest compound eyes.  The 
ants also need a bit of "hair".  Placing the plants for the 
ship to reflect was a good idea.  My favorite part of the 
picture is the very realistic dirt pile in the background.  It 
is standard cartoon design, but physically implausible 
and thus jarring for the ship to be so small in relation to 
the crew members.  The alien modelling is quite lively 
and well done.  I like the fact that they are wearing 
environment suits.
