The airplane and propellor blur are great! The ice floes are a bit plasticky
compared to the rest of the image; I think it has more to do with the shape
of the edges than with the texture. Very nice texturing on the water.

The more I look the more I like.  The plane is nice, and the water texturing is
outstanding.  At first I didn't know if I liked the icebergs, but they're
growing
on me.  the scene has a lonely feeling to it, due to the lack of activity on
the
bridge.  Also, with the ice in the scene, I expected some frost or icicles on
the
bridge.  Still there is a lot to like here.

The clouds and water look good, and I really like the way the bergs are
breaking up. Nice effect. Some cars on the bridge closer to camera would be
nice, since oyu have to really look to see the ones further away and it
makes the bridge look barren.

The bridge is very good, and the sky is one of the best that I've seen.  Two  
suggestions that I can make are: 1.  make the ice-flows a bit less regular with
some form of normal {} statement, and 2. increase the 'fuzzy' shadows for the 
bridge.  Otherwise, a good image.
