haha.. i love the cows legs sticking out, but shouldn't the body be visible
inside the tornado?
the modeling is a bit primitive (the tree mainly) but that will improve
as you get better with povray :)
umm.. what are the things in the foreground? acorns? i can't tell...

Inspired by the Animation winner perhaps?  No matter --
flying cows are good for more than one laugh :).

Re the specifics:  the terrain is nicely done, but more
work on lighting would help -- it looks very 2-d.
Still, if there was a himor score, I'd give this a 20 :).

Great job for a first image.  Dramatic viewpoint.  Tornado is quite well done. 
This is a difficult scene to do well: requires many well-detailed objects.
