IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

As this months topic was supposed to be based on 'real' engineering
Achievements, I thought that I would like to render the inner workings of a
clock. This proved harder than I thought and therefore I came up with the Idea
of the 'Clock Keepers' view of Big Ben in London.

It's supposed to be late at night, and the moon light is filling the
inner workings of Big Ben.

The concept is that some janitor goes up there in the evenings to eat
his/her Peanut Butter and Jam sandwitches for lunch on the graveyard shift and
this place is something special and reserved for him. I guess the concept
might have been inspired by the phrase "The Best Things In Life are Free".

I set the clock time for 8 o'clock as 8 is my birth number and, the
infinity sign is something that I find cool. I realize that the time should be
like 1am for the lighting that I have propsed but well you know how it goes
with 'favorite' numbers and all.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

I got a picture of Big Ben from a distance and tried to replicate the
face of the clock. Im not sure that im 100% accurate, but it is fairly close
from the picture I was working from. As for the brick work and so fourth, I
just approximated with the textures that I had available to me.
