I love this. Your light effect is great. Good job.

From kazemir@pde.com:
I like the "murky" feel to the image, I think it adds credability to
the image. The sharks have good shape, but I think are too streamlined.
I would like to see the gills, and there colour change from white to
gray.

From bill.marrs@pureatria.com:
The Sharks are most excellent, also the fade-out into the deep was nicely done.
All in all a nice image, though not as on-topic as some others.

From jgoeson@msn.com:
I think the matching pattern on the school of fish was actually a good idea, and
not an error. Most schooling fish have the same pattern to make it appear that
they are a larger fish (survival coloring). I think they'd look wrong if they
were different. Good Job!

From jaime@ctav.es:
Nice modelling, but needs a bit more undersea scenery.

From gmccarter@hotmail.com:
The sharks are quite nice. I would have deleted the distracting school of
unrealistic fish, however. Good underwater effect.

From wozzeck@club-internet.fr:
Simple, but nice. The small fish would look better if they were not identical.
I like the fog effect.

From bsieker@techfak.uni-bielefeld.de:
The single colour background makes the image very unrealistic. Normally you'd
see other fish, a glittering water surface, swirling lights, a lit seabed with
plants, sand and rocks.

From Martin.Magnusson.7121@student.uu.se:
As you wrote, the texture on the smaller fish could be improved.

From arcana@sinbad.net:
I liked this image, except for the right-hand shark; who, for some reason; came
out this dark rich blue color. <grin> I'm not sure how that happened, but he
doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the guys.
I noted you complaining about the ground fog. Did you think about trying an
atmospheric affect with a light shining from above through a plane with a bozo
color pattern containing varying transmittances, and a ripple/wave pattern? I
think that would both closely duplicate how light passes into deep water, and
serve to produce the murkiness you wanted.

From bobfranke@halcyon.com:
Parts of the cage seem to be made of stone and the shadows on the top are too
sharp.
The sharks are very nice and I like the murky water.
