A sad theme, well done.  Nice work on the sign, doorway, and lighting.  The main
lettering "Henson" is nearly illegible.  I would have put the text on a solid
white background, and used a less sparkly texture.

A little weird lighting; why is the front door lit by a spotlight if the
theatre is closed? Also the light source is too close to the camera, producing
what I call "photoflash lighting". Makes the image quite flat.

I really like the concept of this image, but do have a few comments. The 
"cobblestone?" pattern on the ground is really great, but makes it hard to 
figure out just where one would picture this theatre to be. ie, is it in a
mall? Is it on a street, with the cobblestone being sidewalk? If it's a
sidewalk, it's too wide. The scale of the wood patterning on the columns 
bordering the doors is scaled too large. The trees used to make these 
pieces of wood would have to be huge. :{)
I really, really like the brickwork on top though. Did you use an image map?

I love this one....mostly because I am a sentimental fool.  I would have
perferred better lighting...perhaps a lamp post.  I would also have liked to
have a more nostalgic feel...perhaps the old Muppet Theater (from the show). 
In my minds eye, I can picture Rizzo the rat or Gonzo standing under a lamp
post, hat upturned on the sidewalk beside him.  Other details...litter...etc. 
Needs a more "gritty" feel.
