Extra points for the reflection of the plants and portal. If I am seeing
them correctly, those pushpins holding up the paper look like they should stick
out some distance, yet I see no shadow from the flourescent (sp?) light?

I like the reflection details.

From jjanger@mail.cspp.edu:
I actually found myself reading the paper in the case. Very interesting.
Also a very photorealistic image.

Wasn't there something to block the arm at full speed?
I like the plants on the sides.

Looks good!

Very nicely down, esp. that you paid attention to what would be visible in the
reflections of the glass. I also like the realism of your paper's shape. The
only
thing I didn't like was how the right edge of the diaply case is out of sight, I
found
it's absence created a bit of an optical illusion about whether or not the
display
case was flat or an actual box into the wall.

Simple scene but really neat indeed.

Good idea too.

Educational, precise, and innovative. Simply outstanding.
I wonder how many people notice the fine detail: the shape of the metal
frame, the subtle curve of the papers.

Nice pot plants.

From SSchanevil@aol.com:
I kind of like that the whole report is legible (though I didn't read it).

From marvil@algonet.se:
Good idea to add the plants and the portal to add realism. Nice picture!

From bsieker@techfak.uni-bielefeld.de:
Very natural looking. I like the plant reflections in the glass! But the way
this model is built the catapult won't work well, as it releases its payload at
a horinzontal trajectory. Counterweight-driven catapults are generally _very_
inefficient, a lot of the potential energy of the counterweight is lost
accelerating the counterweight itself.
