Nice modeling and texturing on the teddy bear.  The wood grain in the rest of
the scene is awful.  Need more contrasting colors.  The scene overall lacks

The bear is great, but the scene is a bit empty.  If you can add more "stuff," 
it'd look a lot better.  Also, use a different wall texture.
