The Secretariat will place the minutes in the public archives. 1.2 Review of Action Items DONE: o Thomas Narten will send his comments on Creating, Rechartering and Closing a Working Group to the IESG mailing list. o Harald Alvestrand will send a proposed authentication method for Liaison Statement submission to the Secretariat. o Steve Bellovin will draft a message to the RFC Editor regarding the early assignment of an RFC number for draft-housley-ccm-mode. Management Issues 7.1 Appropriate Methods for getting Meeting Minutes from Chairs (Harald Alvestrand) This management issue was postponed until the next IESG teleconference by Harald Alvestrand. 7.2 Interoperability Testing at IETF Meetings (Harald Alvestrand) This management issue was discussed, and Harald Alvestrand requested that it be placed on the agenda for the next IESG teleconference. 7.3 Nomcom - List of open positions and appoint a Liaison (Harald Alvestrand) This management issue was discussed. Bill Fenner agreed to serve as the IESG liaison to the Nomcom. 7.4 Tony Hain Appeal (Harald Alvestrand) This management issue was discussed. Rob Austein, Michelle Cotton, Leslie Daigle, Thomas Narten, Joyce Reynolds, and Margaret Wasserman left the teleconference prior to the discussion. The IESG has made a decision on the appeal, and the decision will disclosed in a message to the IETF Announcement list. 7.5 Todd Glassey Appeal (Bert Wijnen) This management issue was discussed. Harald Alvestrand, Rob Austein, Steve Bellovin, Michelle Cotton, Leslie Daigle, and Joyce Reynolds left the teleconference prior to the discussion. Thomas Narten and Margaret Wasserman rejoined the teleconference for discussion of this issue.
