Toolbar
The toolbar consists of File,
Edit,
Language and
? and is displayed on top of the program view.
File
In the file menu you have the following choices:
- Load...:
The Load function loads a record in the diagram and the thumbnail view.
You select a record in the explorer by left clicking it then left click Load....
This function is also performed by left double clicking on a record.
This function is also invoked by the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-L.
- Import...:
The Import function imports an arbitrary record from any directory. By left click
on Import a dialog box is opened in which you can chose a .sqlite file to import.
This record is persistently stored on the hard disk of the computer and displayed in the explorer.
The dialog box is opened by pressing Ctrl + I.
- Export...:
The Export function exports an arbitrary selection of a loaded record with and without images and as .csv or .sqlite file.
If a record is loaded left-click on Export opens the export dialog window where you can select whether you want to export the entire record
or just a selection. If you select export selection the data selected in Options is exported.
The dialog box is opened by pressing Ctrl + E.
- Print:
Left click on Print opens the printer menu. If a printer is connected and running,
left click on Print prints the current program view. Left click on settings opens the general printer settings.
Left click on Search searches the network for printers. It is not necessary to set the page range.
The printer menu is opened with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-P.
- Exit:
Left click on Exit terminates the program.
Edit
In the Edit menu you have the following choices:
- Merge:
The Merge function adds two in time non-overlapping records into a composite.
The subsequent record is attached to the earlier one.
You choose two arbitrary two records by holding Ctrl and one left-click on each of the records.
Then you select Merge in the Edit menu with left click.
The merged record is named after the records it consists of in chronological order.
This function is performed by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-M.
- Clone:
The Clone function clones a record in the explorer. You choose a record
by left click on the record in the explorer and then left click on Clone.
This function is performed by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + C.
- Delete:
The Delete function deletes an arbitrary number of records permanently from
the hard disk of the computer. Before the data is deleted, the deletion must
be confirmed. To delete data you choose one or more
records, and click with the left mouse button on Delete in the Edit menu.
If you want to delete the records confirm this with left click on Yes otherwise
on No. Alternatively, this function is invoked via hotkey Del.
- Options:
Left click on Options opens the Optionbar at the right margin of the Program view.

Language
In the Language menu you can switch between the languages.
The user interface is displayed in the chosen language.

In the ? menu you can view the User Manual or the About screen.
